My Design Passion
My Design Passion
I fell in love with product design when I created a sweatshirt which was sold throughout the United States in order to fundraise for a Vietnamese non-profit organization that provides essentials for children in impoverished areas. Seeing the project start off as an idea and evolving into a physical product taught me that hard work certainly pays off when there is a positive impact made to those in need. Experiencing the helpful impact of my work on young children made me realize that design is not only a way to express my creativity, but a tool to help others. This continues to fuel my passion for product design and my aspiration of creating a more accessible and happy world.

460 miles away from home, I am currently at UC San Diego, majoring in Cognitive Science with a specialization in design and interaction. At San Diego, I am UX/UI designer for ACM creating cross-platform websites for 2000+ members.
